• After receiving payment confirmation, please collect your Mulia Gift Card from the Business Centre at Hotel Mulia Senayan, Jakarta.
  
• Please confirm the collection date minimum one day in advance by contacting businesscenter@hotelmulia.com
  
• Please collect your Mulia Gift Card within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  
• The Mulia Gift Card is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
  
• In case of gifting the card to someone else, please provide the receiver’s details in the beneficiary name message box who would collect the card from our Business Centre.
  
• The Mulia Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash for full or balance amount.
  
• Lost, stolen or damaged, this gift card is not replacable.
