1. Upon confirmation of your order, no exchange, cancellation or refund will be entertained.

2. No outside food and drinks allowed in the event.

3. The hotel reserves the right to refuse admission to any persons whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming, without refund or compensation.

4. Upon registration on the day of the event, kindly present your proof of payment as an admission ticket.

5. The ticket is not redeemable against cash, credit or any other benefits.

6. Kindly note that Hard Rock Hotel Penang is the sole authorised source for purchasing the tickets and reserves the right to dishonour any stolen/counterfeit tickets and declare them void.

7.  In the event of a postponement or cancellation, a Postponement / Cancellation Notice will be issued to all ticket holders. The notice will outline whether the event will be rescheduled or cancelled, along with any applicable procedures. 

8. If refunds are offered, ticket holders must submit a refund request within the stipulated timeframe as specified in the Postponement / Cancellation Notice. 

9. Refund requests will not be entertained if submitted after the deadline stated in the notice.
