TERMS & CONDITIONS
Accommodation
- Points are non-refundable and may be redeemed for room-only accommodation at participating Mulia hotels, subject to availability and advance reservation.
- A minimum of three (3) working days’ notice is required for all accommodation redemptions.
- Reservations must be made under the primary member’s name.
- Redemption for a beneficiary is permitted, subject to the presentation of valid identification.
- Any changes to confirmed reservations must be made at least seven (7) days prior to arrival.
- Cancellations must be made a minimum of three (3) days before the scheduled arrival date.
- No-shows will result in forfeiture of redeemed points.
- Blackout dates may apply.
Dining
- Points may be redeemed for dining at selected Mulia restaurants only.
- Certain menu items and dining experiences may be excluded from redemption.
- A minimum of three (3) days’ advance reservation is required for dining redemptions.
- Dining vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.
- Dining vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Mulia is not responsible for lost or stolen dining vouchers.
- Dining redemptions are not available on blackout dates, public holidays, or during special events.
General
- Programme terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
- Participating hotels and restaurants may change at the discretion of Mulia Management.
- Points are strictly non-transferable.
