retention of this data by Red Dot Payment and the Merchant, for
the purpose of reconciliation and future reference of the
transaction in case of dispute handling or investigation by
regulators and card schemes. Your data submitted herein will
be accessed by Red Dot Payment for the processing of
payments, and may be passed on to the Merchant, and
managed in accordance with the Merchant’s Privacy Policy.”
Mulia Bali Gift Card Terms and Conditions:
1. This Gift Card is valid for payment at Hotel Mulia Bali, participating Outlets: The Cafe, Table8, Soleil, Edogin, Cascade Lounge, The Bar, Sky Bar, ZJ’s and Mulia Deli; excluding In Room Dining and Banquet events.
2. Redemption is valid for next transaction in all F&B Outlets. A maximum of three (3) Gift Cards are accepted in one (1) billing transaction
3. For the Mulia Deli, program is valid for transaction of product on display NOT SPECIAL ORDER PRODUCT
4. Program is valid for in house and outsider guest
5. Redemption period is within 6 months or 180 days from date of issuance
6. The Gift Card cannot be topped up nor exchanged for cash, if lost, non replaceable
7. This program cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions and for special events
8. This program is not valid on special events and following public holidays; Christmas Eve and Day, New Years Eve and Day, Valentine’s Day, Chinese New Year Eve and Day, Easter Sunday, Eid Al Fitr Eve and Day (Day 1 & 2)
