*Upon confirmation of your order, no exchange, cancellation or refund will be entertained.

*All ages except kids aged 12 and below require an admission ticket.

*Kindly note that Hard Rock Hotel Penang is the sole authorised source for purchasing the tickets and reserves the right to dishonour any stolen / counterfeit tickets and declare them void.

*In the event of a postponement or cancellation, a Postponement / Cancellation Notice will be issued to all ticket holders. This notice shall advise procedures for requesting a refund, and the period and time within which the ticket holder could request a refund.

*Refunds will not be entertained if a request for a refund is made after the given period from the date of Notice.
