Upon confirmation of your order, no exchange, cancellation or refund will be entertained.
All ages except kids aged 12 and below require an admission ticket.
No outside food and drinks allowed in the event.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse admission to any persons whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming, without refund or compensation.
Upon registration on the day of the event, kindly present your proof of payment as an admission ticket.
The ticket is not redeemable against cash, credit or any other benefits.
Kindly note that Hard Rock Hotel Penang is the sole authorised source for purchasing the tickets and reserves the right to dishonour any stolen / counterfeit tickets and declare them void.
In the event of a postponement or cancellation, a Postponement / Cancellation Notice will be issued to all ticket holders. This notice shall advise procedures for requesting a refund, and the period and time within which the ticket holder could request a refund.
Refunds will not be entertained if a request for a refund is made after the given period from the date of Notice.
