• Points purchased can be used and redeemed at Hotel Mulia Senayan, Jakarta or The Mulia, Mulia Resort & Villas – Nusa Dua, Bali.
• Points redemption requires advance booking and is subject to availability.
• Reservation must be made under the primary member’s name.
• Points redemption for a beneficiary is allowed. The name of the beneficiary must be stated on the claim form.
• Blackout dates may apply.
• In the event of cancellation of your redemption booking, please advise us at least 3 (three) days prior to your arrival date.
• In the event of points reinstatement into your membership account or alteration of schedule, please advise us 7 (seven) days prior to your arrival. The new schedule is subject to room availability.
• In the event of a no-show, all redeemed points will be automatically forfeited.
